Arrival and Departure:

  • Check-in begins at 1:00 PM.

  • Check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM.

  • Upon request and depending on availability, special rates may apply for late check-out, according to international practices, as follows:

    • Staying until 3:00 PM: 25% of the nightly room rate.
    • Staying until 6:00 PM: 50% of the nightly room rate.
    • Staying after 6:00 PM: Full nightly room rate applies, regardless of the departure time.
  • Luggage can be stored in the baggage room free of charge for up to 24 hours, with a fee for storage exceeding 24 hours.

Accommodation:

  • Check-in is completed by filling out the registration form based on a valid ID.
  • Guests requesting single-room accommodation but provided with double rooms (twin beds) in “single occupancy” will receive a discount on the displayed double room rate.

  • All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Guests violating this rule will incur a cleaning fee of €300 + VAT (based on the BNR exchange rate).

Reservation Cancellation:

  • Cancellation must be made by contacting the reception.
  • No penalties apply if the cancellation is made at least 3 days before the reservation date.
  • The penalty for late cancellation is the cost of the first night’s stay.
  • For bookings of 5 or more rooms, cancellation must be made at least 10 days before arrival.
  • For group reservations, please contact the reservations service.
  • For phone or fax bookings without card details, advance payment is required to guarantee the reservation.

Rates:

  • Rates vary depending on the room type and number of guests.

Payment Methods:

  • Payments can be made in cash (RON), by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), or via bank transfer.
  • Payment is required at check-in. For long stays, payment must be made in advance or every 3 days.

Restaurant and Bar Hours:

  • Breakfast is served daily between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM in the restaurant near the hotel.

Safety:

  • The hotel is equipped with approved electronic room access systems.
  • Although precautions are taken, we recommend using the in-room safe for valuables. The hotel is not responsible for items left, lost, or allegedly stolen on the premises, including the hotel, conference rooms, or restaurant.

Spa Center:

  • The Spa Center does not have a lifeguard on duty, and all visitors use the facilities at their own risk.
  • Children are allowed in the Spa only under strict adult supervision.

Parking and Vehicles:

  • Parking is available in designated areas free of charge, subject to availability.

Special Needs:

  • We aim to provide the best conditions for guests with special needs. Most areas in our hotel are wheelchair accessible. Please notify us in advance of any special requirements to ensure a pleasant stay.

Pets:

  • Pets and birds are generally not allowed in the hotel. Exceptions may be made with prior agreement, requiring a valid national/international health certificate (including vaccinations).
  • A fee of 50% of the rate for one person applies.

Visitors:

  • Visitors are allowed in your room between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM at no extra charge. For visitors staying between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, the difference in rate must be paid, and they must register at the reception.

Privacy:

  • By entering the premises of SNAGOV CLUB, you agree that SNAGOV CLUB reserves the right to photograph or film any person or group for promotional purposes and to use the images on its website, Facebook page, or other media platforms.
  • If you do not wish your image to be used, please submit a written and signed request to Snagov Club, Allea Nufarului no. 1 B, Snagov Village, Ilfov, Romania, or via email at reservation@snagovclub.ro.

Environmental Protection:

  • Environmental care is a priority. Linen and towels are changed daily or upon guest request. Please inform the reception if you wish to have these items replaced.

Responsibilities:

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to other guests, staff, buildings, furniture, or equipment due to negligence or intent.
  • The hotel is not responsible for vehicles or their contents.

Behavior:

  • We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or service to guests who are intoxicated, impolite, or disruptive, causing harm to the hotel’s image or disturbing other guests.

Loyalty:

  • We reserve the right to offer bonuses and discounts to reward our loyal guests.

Disputes and Complaints:

  • We reserve the right to charge guest cards in their absence in the following cases: unpaid bills upon departure, damages caused, or failure to cancel reservations within the specified timeframe. Any disputes will be resolved amicably; otherwise, they fall under the jurisdiction of the Ilfov Tribunal.

Final Clauses:

  • By using any service offered by the hotel complex (hotel, restaurant, bar, conference room), guests acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined above.
  • The hotel’s policies may change without prior notice.
